Due to the recent actions of certain online websites offering Rasan products at prices below the company’s approved rates — thereby creating disorder within the sales system — we hereby announce that the only official and reliable sources for Rassan product pricing are:
- The official consumer price list
- The official Rassan company website
Therefore, effective from February 2, 2020 (98/11/13), the company will not bear any responsibility for products sold through unauthorized online websites.
Such products will not be covered by Rassan’s five-year warranty or after-sales services.
